Will my insurance pay for therapy?

Currently, we accept the following insurance through Headway. When you sign up, you will be verified if you are in network:

Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Carelon Behavioral Health, and Cigna

We will continue to explore accepting other forms of insurance in the future. We accept private pay and can provide a superbill for out of network benefits.

Please contact us to find out if you would qualify for a sliding scale rate. We appreciate the conversation about what is affordable to you based on your resources.     

How does it work?

What is the cancellation policy?

We reserve the right to charge you for the full cost of the session if you cancel within a 24 hour period of your session to respect the time commitment for the practitioners in providing care for clients. 

Do you offer virtual sessions?

Yes, sessions can be virtual or in person based on your schedule.

Can you prescribe medication?

Yes, we work to collaborate with providers that will find a best treatment protocol for you based on the information that you provide to us. We also offer genetic testing that can help determine what this might be - please inquire about this. 

What kind of therapies do you offer?

We use multiple modalities that are fluid in providing treatment to you. Our therapeutic style can range from psychodynamic, to mindfulness based, to more directive work based on your needs.
